Overview
Before your new arrival indulge in our 'Baby Love' Spa Experience - the perfect gift for Mum-to-be this Mother's Day.
Includes a 30 minute pregnancy massage, followed by a 30 minute facial. Indulge in a one course lunch, soft drink and use of the spa facilities 10am-2pm.
Please note that we do not advise mothers-to-be use the Saunarium, Aromatherapy room, Salt vapour room and outdoor hot-tub. You are welcome to use the Monsoon shower, foot spas and outdoor heated pool though, as well as our beautiful relaxation room, spa-tisserie and juice bar.
This package is not suitable for ladies in the first trimester (12 weeks of pregnancy) as the massage can not be performed during this period.

Arrival:
It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows time for a consultation and also time for you to change into your robe and flip flops.
Attire:
Clients on spa days (both men and women) will feel most comfortable going into treatments with their robe over their swimwear. Disposable pants are provided for wet treatments and we respectfully request that underwear is worn for all other treatments. During treatments our therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times. Swimwear is also requested in the Heat Experience, outdoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor shoes are not permitted within the Verbena Spa. You are welcome to bring your own indoor flip flips.
Health Concerns:
There are some medical conditions that are not compatible with spa treatments, therefore please ensure you have informed the spa of anything that might prohibit the performance of your treatments. Please also inform us at the time of any skin allergies or reactions and if you are taking any medication.
Pregnancy:
Many of our treatments are suitable during pregnancy but do ask for information when booking. We recommend delaying any body treatments until after the third month of pregnancy. Mobile Phones: Please ensure that mobile phones are on silent during your visit to the spa.
Valuables:
We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables in your locker. Some treatments require the removal of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises and in particular check the pockets of your robe.
Age Requirements:
The minimum age requirement for access to the spa, heat facilities and for treatments is 16.
Insurance:
The Verbena Spa is licensed to perform all the services detailed in the treatment menu.
Payment terms & cancellation policy Day Guests:
Full payment is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.
Hotel Guests:
Cancellation of any treatments within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Service Charge:
A discretionary service charge will be added to you bill on checkout.
